Please allow 6-10 BUSINESS days (Mon-Fri, no holidays or weekends) for shipping/receipt of your items after purchase. If there are any extenuating circumstances in delivery, we will notify and communicate with you via email with an update.

We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer nor the shipping delays/incorrect delivery that may result. Customer will have to file a claim with the chosen carrier and/or repurchase items lost due to the incorrect address issue.

Once we have given/shipped an order to the carrier and provided tracking, WE HAVE NO CONTROL over the delivery time and status of the order.
